This door was hung with its hinge side frame so tight against the right hand side of the wall in which it sits - that the door is not able to open a full 90° degrees.
You can clearly see that the door would not be able to open a full 90° in the pic below. You could not 'simply more this stopper back' because In this case the stopper is placed exactly here to stop the door handle from hitting the wall.
To achieve the optimum it appears to me that you have to consider the depth of the door handle. So from the front of the door handle to the back. Then allow for that depth and a bit more and start the frame of the door from this point.
You must remember to place your door stopper though in such a position that it allows for a 90° opening.
